Facility Division / Joined as a new graduate in 2024
I was drawn to the multinational work environment and became very interested in the nature of the business.
Through the interview process and company tour, I was able to experience firsthand the flat and open atmosphere within the company, which became the decisive factor in my decision to join.
I am currently part of the Facility Division, where I assist with the management of office relocation projects under the guidance of senior colleagues. I handle daily coordination and communication with clients and partner companies to ensure the smooth progress of each project.
I feel a great sense of fulfillment when each project phase is completed on schedule and the office successfully opens. I also find it rewarding that the projects, which are carried out in collaboration with partner companies, eventually take shape as clean and functional office spaces where our clients work every day.
I expect to have more opportunities to visit construction sites and be involved in on-site management. Therefore, I would like to deepen my knowledge of construction and building work so that I can communicate smoothly with various contractors on-site.
My colleagues are all very dedicated, and although the office atmosphere is generally calm and quiet, everyone is extremely helpful and supportive when approached. The company also holds regular internal events, providing great opportunities to connect with members from other departments and helping to foster better communication.
