Energy Division / Joined as a new graduate in 2024
One of the biggest reasons I decided to join Univa Japan was the admiration I felt for a senior employee I met before joining the company. Their straightforward way of speaking about the pride and sense of purpose they found in their work naturally conveyed the appeal of working at this company and the warmth of the workplace. I genuinely wanted to become a professional who, like that person, is trusted by those around them and works with pride. With that aspiration in mind, I hope to continue striving and growing.
Currently, I am engaged in the following tasks
I find fulfillment in gaining new knowledge and information through conversations with clients and sales agents. Through my work, I’ve expanded my understanding of industries I previously had no exposure to, and I feel a strong sense of accomplishment in the daily discoveries I make. Additionally, I find it rewarding to experience the unique cultures and atmospheres of various regions when I travel for business.
I would like to continue working hard to help more people understand and appreciate the benefits of our products.
The Energy Business Department I belong to is a warm and supportive environment. My senior colleagues are always willing to share their knowledge and experiences and offer accurate advice. Many people, even from outside our department, are willing to help when someone is struggling, creating a workplace where support comes naturally.
I started my career in sales as a new graduate in 2024, and I truly believe this role offers many opportunities for personal growth. There are many situations where you can leverage your planning and execution skills, and with enough effort, you can continue to accumulate valuable experiences. Although you may feel uncertain at first, if you face each challenge head-on, I believe the path forward will open up for you. Don’t hesitate—take the leap and give it your all!
