Energy Division / Joined since 2020
I was working in another subsidiary company under UNIVA Capital Group for over 10 years. Afterwards, I got the chance to join the current department since 2020.
Energy issues are closely related to our daily life. Since working in the Energy division, I start realizing the importance and mission of my job in contributing to the environment.
I preform the back-office functions including tracking project progress, sales management, inventory management and payment handling etc.
Besides, I also handle sales call, provide onsite support and after-sales service.
In my daily job, I handle multiple tasks. As time goes on, I learnt how to handle queries from clients, agencies, and business partners more efficiently. Also, I became more flexible when dealing with emergency situations. Over the years, I feel my personal growth and development at work.
Besides, when I adjust my attitude towards work, it also brings positive effect to my private life.
I would like to bring ESCO-ONE to become an essential part of our daily lives. Not limited to the existing target customers, I hope to expand the customer base by engaging further in product development.
My supervisors are very supportive and inspirational. Also, as we sit close to colleagues from other departments, it encourages interpersonal communication.
